El Metapaneco Restaurant: Reviews & Ratings
The food was incredible and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely come again!
LOVE the pupusas here!!! They are amazing!! but the service is awful. Lady doesn’t even greet us and takes forever to take our order. Told her we were ready to order and she just walks away and took another ten minutes doing other things. Meanwhile two young men come in and she greets them and ask them how they are doing. The lady also did not have that many tables so it would be understandable if that’s why she was taking so long but that was not the case. Really wished the service was better so i would give five stars.
Fresh flavorful well priced friendly people. Unassuming restaurant do yourself a favor and go in.
Food and drinks was delicious. Atmosphere and services was amazing. Everything is made fresh when you order it..
The food was fantastic everything had lots of flavor in it and came out hot. Server was great she spoke Spanish with my female guest who is originally from Panama so the two of them hit it off well. We chose this restaurant due to a Mexican restaurant being closed and we’re glad we did!
Damn good pupusas, curtido y salsa de tomate was on point. To my surprise they had Horchata de morro. Now if you know about the authentic Salvadorian Horchata from years past, this is the closes you can get nowadays...
Food Was Amazing Very Authentic And Made To Order Pupusas I Could Even See The Lady Throwing Down Making The Fresh Masa Lol This Is My New Go To Spot For Some Salvadorian Food We Also Got Chicken A La Plancha And Chicharron Which Was Very Juicy And Also Came With Fresh Tortillas
The price is amazing only $3-3.5 per pupusa. I only wish they had more fresh juice flavors like marañon and tamarindo. I got the horchata which was good very cinammon-y and a pupusa de queso y frijoles. The atmosphere they had reggaeton playing so it was a vibe. The wood paneling on the walls Is a 90's throwback, the place could use to updating. But for a while In a wall spot this place hits.
